On August 15, the reporter learned from Haisfu, a leading fluorine new materials company in Mingxi County, Fujian Province that the world's first 550 kV perfluoroisobutyronitrile (C4F7N, referred to as C4) environmentally friendly gas-insulated metal-enclosed transmission pipeline (GIL) independently developed by Pinggao Electric in conjunction with China Electric Power and State Grid Anhui Electric Power was recently successfully put into operation in Anqing, Anhui Province. The project's transmission pipeline uses perfluoroisobutyronitrile and carbon dioxide mixed gas as the transmission insulation medium.
